Terms of Service

SulitShelf PH provides promoter storefront, affiliate-link, analytics, and related software tools. Marketplace product purchases, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and marketplace payment disputes occur with the applicable external marketplace or seller, not with SulitShelf.
2. Accounts and promoter content
You are responsible for account security and for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of listings, affiliate links, images, claims, commission files, and branding you submit. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content or attempt to manipulate platform analytics, billing, security, or other users.
3. Affiliate disclosures
Promoters are responsible for complying with applicable marketplace affiliate terms and advertising/disclosure obligations. SulitShelf may display platform-level affiliate notices but those notices do not replace a promoter's own obligations.
4. Plans and billing
Free and paid feature limits are enforced by the current plan configuration shown before subscription. Automatic subscriptions are processed by the configured payment provider. Cancellation, failed payments, plan changes, and renewals are reflected according to the billing provider state and SulitShelf's subscription contract records.
5. Availability and enforcement
The service is provided subject to maintenance, provider outages, security controls, and reasonable operational limits. SulitShelf may restrict or disable accounts or content to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, resolve payment/security issues, or enforce these terms.
